Q: Does it hurt?
A: No, it does not hurt. However, if you have any allergic reactions to any chemical being used on your service. Let your lash tech know.
Q: Can I still use mascara?
A: If you're getting a eyelash lift/tint, you can do your usual. If you are getting eyelash extensions then, no, do not use mascara & refrain from using anything on or around your eyes with oil in it.
Q: How often should I brush my lashes?
A: As much as possible. This is even so with eyelash lifts, because when you brush your lashes it helps remove lashes that are shedding and stimulates the baby ones to grow.
Q: Can I brush my lashes while it is still wet (eyelash extensions only)?
A: Do not do that, wait until they are dry to brush them. Brushing them while they are wet can cause them to lose shape.
Q: My lashes are falling out, should I be worried?
A: Lashes falling out is completely normal. Natural lashes shed about 2 to 3 lashes per a day. If you lashes are falling out in chunks, then that is something to worry about.
Q: I have had eyelash extensions before, can I get a lift now?
A: Of course, as long as your lashes are long enough and you don't have any long term damage from eyelash extensions, it is definitely a better alternative if you're not looking to keep doing eyelash extensions.

A: Eyelash extensions last 2 to 4 weeks
